Return Policy
Physical Products (Yarn, Kits, Tools, etc.)
• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Digital Products (Patterns, Downloads)
• Due to the nature of digital products, all pattern and download sales are final and cannot be refunded once the file has been delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
