How long will it take to get my order?
• Digital products (patterns): You’ll receive your download link immediately after purchase. An email with the download link will also be sent to you.
• Physical products (yarn, tools, kits): Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days and shipping time depends on your location. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Can I get my product personalized?
